Pattimari Sheets-Diamond is an artist and writer best known for her work in the field of Black British Art. She was born in London, the daughter of actress Dolly Haas and actor Paul Sheets. Her father died when she was six months old, and her mother raised Pattimari and her older brother Prince. When Pattimari turned 18, she left home to pursue an acting career. After working with famed producer Joseph E. In 2006 Pattimari married Mark Diamond, a fellow artist who works in installation, video art, photography, and music. The couple currently lives in Los Angeles where they also teach at California State University Northridge.
