Owen Jones is author of five novels, including "The Green Road" which won the Whitbread Prize for Best Novel in 2004. His novels have been translated into twelve languages. His first novel, "Let the Great World Spin", was published in 2009 to great acclaim, selected as one of the best books of the year by the New York Times, The Economist and many others. His second novel, "The Mercy Onyanga-Omara Letters" was shortlisted for the Booker Prize in 2010
