Excerpt from The How To Program Your Brain guidebook
The answer lies in your brain. That is why this guidebook is called "The How To Program Your Brain Guidebook" because it will teach you how to reprogram your brain using techniques that have been tested and tested again in thousands of people over the past 30 years. These techniques are designed to help you change your thoughts, which are ultimately responsible for your actions.
Because your thoughts are formed by layers upon layers of thought, it is possible also to change the things you think about other things.
