Matshona T. Dhliwayo, BA, LLB is a lawyer by profession. She has also served in various capacities in the government of South Africa including as a Minister of Justice to the African National Congress in the 89th and 90th legislations. She has been a prominent member in the South African legal fraternity for over three decades having worked in many public and private sectors in government, law firms and in academia.
