Mariah Gonzales is a native of New Mexico and has been writing from a young age. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Arts in English from the University of Houston. She is currently a PhD student at the University of Houston where she studies Creative Writing and Rhetoric.
