Linda Barry was born in Dayton, Ohio, in 1935. She is the author of the bestselling series of children's books about Henry Huggins, Henry Huggins and the Ghost of Greer Road, Henry Huggins and the Ghost of Christmas Past, and Henry Huggins and the Ghost of Christmas Future. Her novels have been translated into many languages including Japanese. Linda's first book was published when she was 25 years old
