Lilith Saintcrow was born in an alternate universe in 1965 and grew up in a one-room cabin in the woods of Iowa. She has lived, studied, and worked all over the world. She is a writer, publisher, editor, and entrepreneur with a passion for science fiction and the paranormal. She was also a columnist and editor for The Wild Hunt for five years. Her short fiction has appeared in anthologies including The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, The Belfry Anthology, and The Mammoth Book of Best New Horror. She also edited two anthologies: The Best of Night Visions (2012) and Dark Faith (2013).
In 2014, she released her first novel under the name Lilith Saintcrow: The Wormwood Chronicles. Her second standalone novel was published in 2016: Bitter Seeds.
