Kerri Lorenz was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in sociology and criminology. She is a graduate of the best selling author retreats, The Gathering and The Writers' Retreat at Sea Island, Georgia.
