J.A. Jance has published twenty-six novels and four short story collections. Her books have been translated into twenty-six different languages, and she is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award for Mystery by the Private Eye Writers of America (PWA) and the Silver Dagger Award from Crime Writers of Canada (CWC). She lives in Arizona with her husband and two children, who are named after characters in one of her novels.
