Irvin Anthony is a former professional basketball player who played for the Utah Jazz, Seattle Supersonics, Phoenix Suns and New York Knicks from 1985-94. A native of the Bronx, Anthony played at New York's Lincoln High School. In his senior year he earned All-City honors as a guard for Coach Ron O'Brien's undefeated team that set a city record for most victories in a season. He went on to play college basketball at West Virginia University. Anthony was drafted by the Seattle Supersonics in the first round of the 1985 NBA Draft
