Guru Amar Das (c. 1809 – 1874) was a religious teacher and leader of the Sant Mat movement, a religious reform movement that started in India and spread to the United States. Das is also known as Baba Sawan Singh, Huzoor Sahib (English: "His Holiness"), and Maharaj-ji (which means "King of Kings"). He is the founder of the Divine Light Mission.
