Gary Oldman is an English actor who has won numerous awards for his work on stage, screen and television. Born in 1959, Gary entered the Royal Shakespeare Company at the age of 18 and left after two years to pursue a career in acting. He made his feature film debut in the low-budget movie "The Killing of Angelica" (1988) and went on to star in such films as True Romance (1993), Air Force One (1997), The Fifth Element (1997), Dark City (1998) and Gattaca (1997). Gary also appeared frequently on television, appearing in several cult series such as "The Pretender," "Touched by an Angel," "Melrose Place," and "Nash Bridges." He has appeared in such feature films as The Mummy, Batman Begins, Dark City, Angels & Demons and Inception.
