She is the founder and CEO of ZEES Foundation, a non-profit organization which works to promote underprivileged women through educational and vocational training. Fudial was the Chief Executive Officer of Sime Darby Berhad, Malaysia's largest palm oil company from 1997 to 2003 and later served as the Chairman of the Board.
