Frank M. Ochberg, MD, PhD, is a Distinguished University Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he also serves as Director of the Frank Ochberg Institute for Neuropsychiatric Research. His research has focused on major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, cognitive impairment in schizophrenia, neuroimaging in schizophrenia, neurodegeneration in Alzheimer's disease, cognitive correlates of memory function in Alzheimer's disease, neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease, mild traumatic brain injury/concussion syndrome and head trauma with posttraumatic stress disorder.
