Duncan Barlow is a writer, journalist and broadcaster. He was born in Belfast in 1936 and educated at Methodist College Belfast where he joined the board of governors and became editor of the college magazine, first as editor and then as Editor-in-Chief. In 1982 he became ABC TV’s Foreign Editor covering the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
