David Rovics lives in New York City with his wife and two children. He has been a staff writer for the New York Daily News since 1995, but he has been writing professionally since 1990. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic Monthly, Massachusetts Review, Salon.com, and elsewhere.
