He later joined the Navy and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander after serving on the USS Kitty Hawk aircraft carrier from 1968-69 during the Vietnam War Read more

Jones held a number of engineering positions after his discharge from the Navy, working both domestically and abroad. He has been married to the same woman for more than 50 years and they have two children, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr.
