Her first book was the critically acclaimed collection of poetry, Women's Voices: Women's Voices: Women's Voices: Women's Voices: Women's Voices: Women, published by Dutton/Plume in 2009. Her second book, My Heart Beats in Undertow: More Rhyming Poems for Kids , was released by Blue Sky Press in 2013.
