Alyssa Tillmon is a spoken word poet and rapper from Memphis, Tennessee. She has been featured on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, HBO's Def Poetry Jam, and BET's 106 & Park. In 2014, she signed a distribution deal with Spotify and released her debut album titled "The Sweetened Life". Tillmon was named one of "Black Enterprise"'s top 25 young entrepreneurs under 25 in 2010
