Alfred Charles Kinsey was an American zoologist and professor. He is most famous for his work in the field of sexology, which he began in the 1930s and continued into his 80s, when he retired from full-time teaching. His work on sexuality did much to shape attitudes towards sexuality. He authored a number of books, many of which have been best-sellers
His research was the basis for a number of publications by other researchers, including Masters and Johnson's Human Sexual Response (1966), and part of C. Penis Enlargement: A New Approach to Male Enhancement by Arthur L. Guyton and John H.
